Thursday
- Breakfast: Have to eat 2 boiled eggs and one fruit.
- Lunch: Only eat fruits
- Dinner: Ready and only eat chicken
Friday
- Breakfast: Have to eat only 2 boiled eggs
- Lunch: Eat 2 boiled eggs and steamed veggies
- Dinner: You can eat fish and some salad
Saturday
- Breakfast: Have to eat 2 eggs

Thursday
