How I Start water Fasting?
Day 1
- At 8:00: There was a little water at the beginning of the day.

First Day My Experience
On the first day, I did not feel great, but I did not feel terrible. I did not feel hungry or very hungry for food.

Day 2

Despite eating for 10 hours for more than 36 hours, I am not actually hungry. No pain really, though my brain seems a little foggy, a little tunnel vision.
Kinda like a light hangover without a headache I'm thinking of coming out of my toxic cell and coming out of my blood pressure (probably part of the spontaneous process) ... I probably would have to eat less.
- 12:30 pm: Time is clearly going slow. There is a lot less urgency.
- 3:00 pm: Professor of my business and culture said half a meal ... it was terrible.

Second My Experience
I wake up and raise myself. I was down 2.4 pounds and felt quite well on the second day. Overall, day two was fairly easy.
I did not have any negative symptoms other than feeling very tired. On the second day, I was still not feeling very hungry and I had no habit. I actually did not find it easier for me three and a half days for me.
Day 3
- 9: 00: Wake up again, still 10 hours left. Although I woke up 6:30 and 8 I forced myself to go back to sleep, I was worried for a little sleep.
- 9:30 am: Safe to sit instead of using my specific desk.
- 10:30 am: I'm very hungry behind my eyes and a lot of pressure.
- 12:00 pm: The time really feels really slow. The strange food is not being those obstacles. Will I sit down to see an assignment or something and "WTF, that takes only 10 minutes?"

On the third day, I felt so terrible, I could not take it too much I had such a bad headache, I felt so empty in my stomach that it was so bad that my legs were being placed under my feet, and I got tired quickly.
