15 Days Lose Weight 33 Pounds

Day 1

Breakfast

  • Fruit -1 (orange, pear, pitch, melon, watermelon or any fruit, except bananas and grapes)
  • Toast biscuit / bread toast - 1

Day 5


Breakfast

  • Fruit -1 (orange, pear, pitch, melon, watermelon or any fruit, except bananas and grapes)
  • Toast biscuit / bread toast - 1
  • Tea/coffee - 1 cup (without sugar)


Lunch

  • Any fish - 230 grams (less spicy cooking)
  • Tomato - 1
  • Toast biscuit / bread toast - 1



On the 6th day and the 7th day there is no specific food you can eat any food but from the control center and oil spice reduction.
